"I met Jeremy at an open house well before my husband ad I were ready to sell our house. We spent quite a bit of time that day talking about our future plans to sell our house then buy another one. Even though we were several months away from getting serious he spent the time to listen that day. He came by our house to evaluate the place and give us an estimate on what we could get for it. This was all with no commitment from us at the time. The time he put in was greatly appreciated. Once we were ready to put the house on the market we spoke with one other realtor and touched base with Jeremy again. Jeremy won our trust. Although we also felt good about the other realtor there was something a bit more intangible about Jeremy.
